Kaya Pearson

I’m a student from the first year of the bachelor’s degree at the University of Gastronomic Science in Pollenzo, born and raised between Langhe and Roero by a genoese mom and a californian dad. Despite my youth I can consider myself lucky for the international experiences I’ve had, and for growing up in a cultural environment in which diversity is beauty and the territory a treasure that must be protected. Currently I live in the city of Bra, which isn’t far from where I’ve spent my first 20 years of life, and I’m doing what’s possible to commit myself to the cause that I mostly care about, the tutelage of what I refer to as “Home”, which is almost surely one of the richest regions in the wine and food culture.
